• Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)

Primary Purposes (necessary for the legal relationship)

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:

• Existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the legal relationship between you and us.
• Provision of requested products and services (or those you provide/sell to us).
• Employment interest or current employment relationship.

Secondary Purposes

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but allow us to provide you with better service:

We inform you that your personal data may be transferred only to the original supplier of the marketed products, inputs, instruments or medical equipment, for the sole purpose of warranty follow-up and maintenance service.

ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it and the conditions of such use (Access). You also have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used in accordance with applicable principles, duties and obligations (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

Procedure and Requirements

To exercise any of your ARCO rights, you must submit your request as follows:

• Send a written or electronic request to contacto@tlachia.com.
• Include your identification and contact details.
• Attach a copy of your official ID.
• Clearly describe the rights you wish to exercise.

Timeframe: Requests will be addressed within a maximum of 20 business days and, if applicable, implemented within the following 15 business days.

Cost: The process is free of charge, except for new requests within a period of less than 12 months or changes to the privacy notice.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

This privacy notice may be subject to modifications, changes or updates arising from new legal requirements; our own needs regarding the products or services we offer; our privacy practices; changes to our business model, or other causes.

Any changes will be notified through our website or by email. The data subject has 5 calendar days to express their refusal or objection after notification.
